The benefits of NLP for Cornellà Creació’s organizations
Oscar Peón, psychologist and coach in management techniques, amongst other areas, is giving a talk at the Auditorium of Citilab-Cornellà as part of the programme of workshops of Cornellà Creation Forum, unveiling the uses of NLP in organizational and business practices. The seminar brings together directors principally from the Baix Llobregat area interested in this type of tools have lately been shown to be very beneficial in the worlds of consultancy and business.
Neurolinguistic Programming is a system which aims to prepare -"programme"- the mind systematically in order to get it to communicate effectively what a person is thinking with what they are doing, achieving succesful communication using a strategy focussed on human development.
NLP, given its great use, has become extensive in many different spheres, such as business, communication, sales, education, politics, advertising, etc. With adequate training in NLP, one can achieve the necessary tools to tackle different objectives, both personal and professional. Oscar Peón is to base his talk on this organizational aspect and how it can prove a very useful technique with one eye on the future.
Cornellà de Llobregat: the town for innovation
Cornellà Creació is a new project for forging the business fabric in the zone that integrates institutions that are ahead in innovation, such as Citilab. Their philosophy is similar to that of INNOBAIX, the Agency for Industrial innovation and knowledge in the Baix Llobregat area, but focussed instead on Cornellà. Consequently, Cornellà Creació, promoted by the Townhall, is the motor to stimulate the local economy and to make the visions of the business protagonists underlying the advancing of the city into a reality.
