Education of Educators at Citilab
Goals:
To create new educators that act as non-permanent members of the Citilab's staff and "representatives" from other environments, specially schools and companies.
Motivation
The Citilab model is based on the extension of working methods that promote technology appropriation; therefore, it must be spread in every area of relation from Citilab's environment.
The increase of visitors and of training requests needs the creation of educator teams that could work at Citilab and in the nearby environments.
We understand that the priority areas of action of these educator teams are schools, companies, professional associations and social innovation groups.
The training is developed in different levels:
- Technology, with special influence in cooperative technologies, programming and audiovisual languages
- Innovation with training in methods of management and dinamization of innovative communities
- Organization, of cooperative innovation in areas of social and managerial innovation
Specific Characteristics
We try to create an intense and effective format of educator training in every module mentioned above.
The whole preparation of modules will be under the cooperative edition provided by the 2.0 tools, and, more specifically, on-line education communities.
