Training and learning support

Goal:
Complementary actions to the development of learning actions. Continuous support to the necessary aspects for developing training and teaching at Citilab and its nearest environment
Motivation
The teaching team’s light structure requires a continuous “stock market” of teaching and learning communities management collaborators.
Therefore, in this one area we include not only persons who can create support actions for materials preparations but, especially, people capable of creating follow-up actions and communities dynamization.
Specific characteristics
The main group of people comes from trainers’ training actions, but others are dynamically detected at the Citilab projects development process.
Finally, there are other people who made auxiliary tasks on the areas of group management and spaces organizations and training actions development tasks.
